THE PROBLEM
There is a lack of single-family, median-priced housing in the majority of our urban core neighborhoods. We want to fix that.
There is a gap between what median-income, workforce residents can afford and what the market has to offer. At the same time, Center Township’s population is at 44% of its 1950 high, down nearly 190,000 residents.
OUR SOLUTION
We’re on a mission to provide homeownership opportunities at an accessible price point in urban neighborhoods to help more neighbors call Indy home.

Increase Home Ownership
Home ownership is important for community and economic stability and increasing civic pride. We want to improve quality of life for all Indianapolis residents by making it easier for more people to achieve their dream of owning a home.
Vibrant Neighborhoods
The difference between a neighborhood filled with vacant homes and one filled with neighbors is stark. We want to add to the vibrancy of urban Indy by developing homes that encourage neighborliness and walkability.
