We believe in inclusive and sustainable community development.

One of Full Circle Development's top priorities is making sure our projects are inclusive. How do we propose to do that?

  1. Work with and consult with existing neighbors and neighborhood organizations to gather input and make sure we are always mindful of neighborhood needs and concerns.

  2. As much as possible, work in concert with organizations focused on low-income housing in order to more fully create a spectrum of housing for low and moderate income residents in a neighborhood.

  3. Provide housing unit options to organizations offering down payment assistance programs to low and moderate income buyers, including working with both buyers and organizations directly.

  4. Market finished projects to existing neighbors and their friends and family; market to diverse populations through trusted and recognized community channels and organizations.

  5. Commit to using minority-owned businesses, as well as businesses in or around the neighborhood, when possible.
